Carrie F. Klaus is Professor of Global French Studies, Laurel H. Turk Professor of Modern Languages, and Director of the Global Studies Fellows Program at DePauw University. She has published on early modern women’s writing in French and on the popular press of the Fronde. She is the recipient of short-term fellowships from the Folger Shakespeare Library (Washington, D.C.) and the Herzog August Bibliothek (Wolfenbüttel, Germany).
